Arriving into Brisbane

No official carrier has been nominated for the conference due to competitive airfares available online. There are several airlines who fly into Brisbane Airport including Virgin Australia, Qantas and JetStar. Please visit https://www.bne.com.au/ for more information about the Brisbane Airport.

Airtrain

is the fast and stress free way to travel from Brisbane Airport. In 20 minutes you will travel directly to the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.

Finding an Airtrain Station
  • From the Domestic Terminal, make your way out to the front of the building and take the Skywalk across to the station.
  • At the International Terminal, take the travellator or lift to Level 3 of the Terminal building and follow the signs to the station.

Shuttle Bus

If you’re looking for a door to door transfer to and from Brisbane Airport, consider using the Con-x-ion shuttle bus transfer service.
Con-x-ion operates from both Terminals with a pick and drop off service that goes door-to-door to dozens of locations around Brisbane.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the sales kiosk at each Terminal. To book visit the Con-X-ion website.

International Terminal: Meet your transfer at the Visitor Information desk in the International Terminal.
Domestic Terminal: Meet your transfer outside on the forecourt towards the Virgin end of the Terminal.

Getting around Brisbane

Uber

Ride sharing services such as Uber are available at Brisbane Airport and all around the city and surrounds.
Uber & Ride share pick up from the domestic terminal is on the central road between taxi pick up and passenger pick up and drop off, either side of the Skywalk. Upon exiting the Terminal, cross two crossings to find it. View the location on a map.

Taxis

Taxis are available 24/7 from sheltered ranks right outside the Domestic and International Terminals. During peak times, Kerbside Officers are on hand to assist.

Passengers can expect to pay $45 – $55 (one way for a trip from the airport to Brisbane City). Outside of peak periods, it is approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport to the city.

Domestic Terminal

On Level 1, near baggage claim at both the Virgin and Qantas ends of the Terminal.

International Terminal

On Level 2, behind Spoon Cafe.
