Fair Work Commission President
Adam Hatcher was appointed Judge of the Federal Court of Australia on 9 February 2023 and President of the Fair Work Commission on 19 February 2023. Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President of the Commission from 15 April 2013. He practised as a barrister specialising in industrial relations and employment law, occupational health and safety law, anti-discrimination law and administrative law for 16 years.
