Joanna is an experienced advocate, having represented clients in the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, and Queensland Human Rights Commission. Her expertise spans workforce management, dispute resolution, compliance, and employment law.
A highly sought-after business trainer and speaker, Joanna has delivered workforce and employment programs both in Australia and internationally, including sessions in Istanbul and Beijing. Her ability to translate complex employment matters into practical solutions makes her a valued educator and consultant.
In addition to her professional roles, Joanna is committed to education and mentorship. She is a guest lecturer for employment relations students at Griffith University and serves on the University’s ER/HR Advisory Board, contributing to curriculum development and industry engagement.
